Who are your five 2000s and up NBA players (1 for each position) that you think will dominate the 80s and 90s era?

PG: I think CP3 would do well in the 80s and 90s. I mean he’s basically Isiah Thomas with a better shot and a better jumper. So.. why wouldn’t he be able to do well if Isiah did well?

SG: Kobe. well, he’s not Jordan obviously, but he doesn’t need to be. He can still do well in the 80s being a cheap imitation of Jordan.

SF: Lebron. He has the body of Karl Malone and the passing of Magic. Obviously he’d be great in the 80s and 90s too. Haters who say he cant play in the 90s are mostly focusing on his flopping, which is something that all modern NBA players do to get extra points. It doesn’t mean he’s going to do that if he was transplanted to the 80s and 90s where the rules were different.

PF: Giannis. He’s like Karl Malone and Barkley combined. Of course he would do well, he loves banging in the paint.

C: Joel Embiid. Hakeem lite? He’s not him obviously, but Embiid is skilled enough in the post to do lots of damage both on offense + defense.
