Why does Korea always try to steal China’s culture?

I find these question absolutely ridiculous and what’s more is the highly upvoted ‘answers’ that are clearly by Chinese trolls.

^ these I think are Chinese trolls looking for upvotes. First of all, notice these are all Chinese Quorans speaking ON BEHALF of Koreans. Do they even know any Koreans themselves? Who knows. These answers are incredibly biased and make massive assumptions about Korea and Koreans and I highly doubt any of these writers ever had any contact with an actual Korean, instead they are assuming based on some claims they probably saw online by Korean trolls which make up like 1% of the Korean population. That’s like seeing some alt right white supremacist tweets online and then assuming that all Americans are like that. It’s ridiculous.

I’ve lived in Korea, I’ve traveled to Korea every year, I’ve met hundreds of Koreans from different language exchange meetups, I’m married to a Korean national, and I’m of Chinese descent so I should know more than these trolls online and I can tell you that I haven’t met a single Korean person that claims that Confucius is theirs or that they invented Chinese characters or that Chinese were descended from Koreans or whatever other outlandish claims these Chinese Quorans think.

Here’s what Koreans on the street think of China. Are any of them claiming Chinese things are theirs?

Now as for ‘stealing’ that’s not the right word to use. The better word is ‘influenced by’. I don’t know why Chinese think Koreans ‘steal’ from them any more than Chinese ‘steal’ from Americans by copying Western products and eating Western style food and wearing Western style clothing. A nation as powerful as China throughout its history will inevitably influence many countries around them, much as the Roman Empire, British Empire and modern day USA does.

The hanbok is NOT the same as the hanfu. Kimchi is NOT the same as paocai. I can go on but these things that Chinese people think are ‘stealing’ are actually distinctively different and Koreans have adopted things influenced by China and made it their own. That’s not stealing anymore than Americans stole hamburgers and hot dogs and pizza from the Germans and Italians. So I think this a troll question made by some ignorant nationalistic Chinese fishing for nationalistic Chinese Quorans to get high upvotes due to some irrational unfounded jealousy or hatred of Koreans.
