I think it’s important to acknowledge that not all great NBA players have necessarily great personalities that I would like to meet or hang out with. So acknowledging that there’s some of the NBA greats I genuinely would love to meet and have a beer with:
Magic Johnson
Not only my favorite NBA player to watch and the GOAT PG (sorry Curry), but Magic has a great personality he’s always fun to be around always joking and smiling and genuinely would be a fun guy to meet and hang out with.
Kevin McHale
One of the all time PFs, Kevin McHale also has a cool personality and in all the interviews I’ve seen of him, he’s always down talk about the 1980s when he played and joke around about his teammates and things like that. Would definitely love to chat with him about some stuff.
David Robinson
not only is he an all time center – he’s genuinely one of the nicest NBA players around! I’ve always heard nothing but great stories about his generosity and kindness. Plus – it helps that he’s into collecting watches like me too!
