  • Which countries have most good looking people?

Qualifier: I’ve lived and traveled in Canada, USA, China and Korea before. I’ve traveled to Eastern Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines before. I’ve actually met most kinds of women due to living in multicultural cities like Toronto and San Francisco so I’ve been in contact with all kinds of women from Brazilians to Polish to Russians to even Kazakhstan women.

The prettiest women on average have always been Korean women for me. Keep in mind beauty is different for everyone but for me Korean women are the best. Firstly almost every Korean girl wears makeup. 90% of Korean girls don’t wear glasses. They all have perfect flawless skin. Their fashion sense is amazing, and in my experience they dress the most feminine and show the most skin (especially legs) out of any girl on average and perhaps for this reason you’ll see convenience stores sell stockings and pantyhose (which is somewhat odd to a Westener since American convenience stores do not stock those usually). And yes a portion of them (not a majority like people think) of them had plastic surgery. I even notice such minor details like most of them tend to leave their hair down whereas other Asian girls put theirs in a ponytail. Don’t see many ponytails in Korea. It’s common for most Korean girls to tattoo their eyebrows so they don’t have to draw them. They do lasik surgery and laser hair removal. Their nails are always perfectly done. I could go on and on.. and its so consistent too. When i was in Japan, Taiwan and Croatia I could pick out the Korean tourists because they were the only girls there wearing the short white colored miniskirts with the flawless pale white makeup. Chinese, Japanese and other Asian girls definitely seem to cover up more + dress more conservatively on average than Korean girls do.

All this attention to appearance means Korean women are consistently the most beautiful on average. But you don’t have to take my word for it. Go to Seoul especially during the summer months and you’ll see what I mean.

I’ve already made a video just walking down the streets in the popular areas of Seoul so you can see what the average people look and dress like. (I also have walking videos of Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong if anyone is interested in the comparisons)

And also one of the many many summer festivals Korea has where the women outnumber the men 3 to 1 (I’m not joking)

Another thing I like about them is they are incredibly modest for being so beautiful. They are always shocked when I told them that I thought they are pretty. They are generally insecure about their appearance despite looking so beautiful and a lot of them think Western/Chinese/Japanese girls look better (I disagree). Still their modesty is something to be appreciated as well.

  • What is socially acceptable in Korea that would be horrifying in America?

Women baring their legs in skirts and shorts so short that sometimes you can’t even see them. Some of my Korean friends went to the US and got mistaken for a prostitute because of the way they dressed.

Here’s the school uniform in Korea

Granted this isn’t the exact one they wear in school but you often see girls outside with these shorter uniforms and no one really cares. If a young girl walked around wearing this in America she will definitely raise a few eyebrows. One of the fundamental differences I noticed about fashion in Korea vs America is that legs aren’t considered sexy in Korea but if you wear a tank top in Korea as American women often do you will get strange looks. It’s quite the opposite in America I think.

Edit: clarification to my answer here, it’s not that wearing miniskirts are unacceptable in the West; I’ve lived in California before so obviously I’ve seen women wearing them before, but the important difference about Korea is how ubiquitous it is, and how Koreans just do not see it being as sexy as Americans do. Usually Westerners wear short pants or skirts if it’s hot outside or going to the club; Koreans just seem to wear it everywhere and even in the winter and it’s not just some girls but a majority that’s the difference.

  • Are most of the beautiful women in South Korea idols?

Having been to many other Asian countries (Japan, Taiwan, China, SE Asia etc) as well as Europe and North America, I agree that Koreans have a much higher proportion of beautiful people (especially women) compared to other countries. The reason though is not what people think. It is NOT plastic surgery. A simple look at the stats will tell you that only a small percentage of Koreans ever had plastic surgery. And after living in Seoul for a few years I can tell you the plastic surgery thing is totally exaggerated. Double eyelid surgery is the most common surgery by far. Its not like you have ugly people changing their face all the time its not like that.

The reason why there’s so many good looking Koreans is simply because they care a lot about their appearance. Its not uncommon to find Korean women constantly checking their makeup on the subway and cafes. Korean men buy the most skincare products out of any male on the planet. They care about their fashion, and their fashion styles are amazing. I can say that what Korean women wear normally – is what people in other countries would wear to a special event or to clubbing events. One piece dresses, miniskirts, shoulderless tops, transparent blouses, platform shoes, high heels – all standard daily wear for Korean women. Full makeup, manicure, pedicure, dyed hair, no glasses (they all use contacts or did lasik), whiten their teeth, eyebrows, eyelashes, lasered off hair etc – almost every part of their body has been taken care of to some extent. They are always on a ‘diet’ and work out often to get their bodies and figure into perfect shape.
So yeah the full deal. I’m not talking about just some women. Thats the majority of young women from 18–35. High school girls put on makeup too. Even some older ajummas put on makeup too. Good luck finding so many girls who care so much about appearance in other countries. Its only in Korea. And whats further amazing is that Korean women dont really think they are beautiful even despite all that. They are still insecure about their appearance. They are jealous that American women have bigger breasts and Chinese women have bigger eyes. Its really quite unbelievable.

No, the truth is there’s just tons of beautiful women in Korea, and they are just ordinary people.

A lot of these pics are tagged “Daily Look” – which means yes, girls in Korea dress like this daily.

Here’s a pic of me and my gf a few months ago (and no she didn’t do plastic surgery)

Lots of pretty girls in Korea, most of them just regular people. You can even go on instagram or facebook type pretty much any Korean girls name in there, and you’ll find mostly beautiful girls, not many ugly ones. Korea has the highest proportion of beautiful girls IMO out of any country I’ve been to

  • Farewell Tour of Korea, plans for the future

One month left until I leave Korea. How time flies. Over the last 2 months I’ve been traveling around Korea for my last trip and farewell tour… going to Daegu, Busan, Gyeongju, Ulsan and Jeju island.

It was a really good time, even though I traveled alone (and theres tons of couples in Korea like always), I’m used to doing things by myself, so it was alright. Jeju was probably the best, lots of beautiful scenery there, especially in Udo island.

These days, I’ve been so homesick about my home in San Francisco, its driving me crazy… I keep looking at old pics of my home, even reconstructed my home in The Sims 3 just to get the feeling of being back… but its not the same. I’m tired of living in Korea now. Turns out, working at night, sleeping in the daytime, and eating instant ramen and fast food everyday for 2 years can take its toll on my body. I’ve traveled everywhere, done everything, and now I just want to say goodbye to my friends, sell all my Korea stuff, and go back.

I’m a little bittersweet about leaving Korea though… I am leaving in one month, almost exactly one year after I arrived in Korea in Dec 2014. Can’t believe its been 2 years already. My feelings about Korea have changed obviously since I first arrived here.
When I first came here, I was excited at the prospect of living somewhere new in Asia, experiencing the nightlife, meeting lots of pretty girls, all while making American salary. That sounds good on paper – but in truth, Korea turned out to be much better for traveling than for living. When you come to Korea for the first time, everything is amazing. Everything is open late. Everything is done very fast and efficiently. The subway is one of the best in the world. The women are super feminine and gorgeous. The service is awesome. You can drink alcohol in public. There’s no shady drugs or gangs roaming around, its a very safe country. But then once you start living there, things become different.
The nightlife got tiring after a few months. The girls were much harder to get than I expected. Friends become busy and cannot hang out often anymore. And doing things in Korea became very difficult because they prevent foreigners from doing a lot of things. For example, getting internet, buying a phone, getting a phone contract, buying things online etc all those things require Korean citizen ID or a Foreigner resident ID (which I don’t have since I work remotely). All these things made it very hard for me to live in Korea.

And Korea is really a place where being alone is kind of boring. Because of how Korean culture is, most people you see in Korea are in a relationship, and when they are in a relationship, they don’t usually hang out with their friends anymore and focus all their time on their partner. That’s just how Korean culture is.

    1) Most people in Korea meet their partner through introductions from their friends, which you can imagine is geared towards native Koreans. As a foreigner the only methods I could meet someone is through going to meetups or language exchange websites/apps. But as I learned, a lot of other guys (even Korean guys) use those methods to meet girls, and most Korean girls are very loyal to their race and prefer to date Korean guys. Furthermore, the majority of girls I am meeting are only there for language exchange, not interested in a relationship, or simply too busy or not interested to continue contacting with me.

    2) In Korea, work is like hell, and office workers, teachers, etc almost all workers work very long hours and are often very busy as a result. So most of my close friends are too busy to hang out with me. In addition, some of my friends are getting or got married, and so obviously don’t have time to meet either. So, the difficulty in getting a girlfriend / getting close to girls compounded with my friends being busy, and seeing couples all the time on the street and tons of beautiful girls outside that I will never have a chance with, led to a very depressing and lonely 2 years for me. I am disappointed, though I don’t regret coming to Korea since I learned a lot here and matured a lot, especially with regards to relationships and knowledge about Korean culture.

    3) This also combined with the fact that working the night shift is slowly ruining my health and sleeping patterns. I noticed that I don’t have as much energy as before, not as productive at work as before, getting sick easily, and not sleeping very well either. Getting a job in Korea would be worse because I would still be working until very late, but not making much money and working more hours and not having enough time.

    4) The fourth reason is not being able to do what I want (like buying things online, or having a real cellphone number), eat the food that I want (only Korean food and instantfood in supermarkets here), is what led me to become very homesick and sick of Korea these past 3 months.

These four reasons are the main reasons why I cannot stay in Korea for the long term. Its a great place to travel, great place to party, great place for nightlife, and the girls are absolutely stunning. I do have a bias towards Korean girls, but I hands down think they are the best girls in the world. They care so much more about their appearance compared to other girls (makeup, fashion, etc everything), they are extremely feminine (never saw any tomboys here) and they also care about their boyfriends and husbands a lot (trust me I’ve seen so many Korean girls being lovey dovey with their bfs everyday). They make great girlfriends (had experience with this) and wives (they often do cooking/cleaning/housework and take care of kids well), and they are loyal, nice and polite. The girls will be the main thing I miss about living in Korea, but I realized something when I thought more deeply about moving back to USA and Canada.

I can always find Korean girls back in USA and Canada (albeit there’s less of them and more competition, but there is still).. but I cannot enjoy my US/Canada life in Korea. Finding a Korean girl to bring back to America has also been difficult. I thought it would be easy since Koreans live such a hard life, and I had a good job and apartment in San Francisco, already, but I discovered that most Korean girls were very conservative about changing their life patterns… they didn’t want to quit their job or move abroad even if I promised them I would take care of them. They don’t like to take risks in general. That’s a difference in thinking, I believe. So I thought maybe the more open minded girls were back where I came from… the ones who were already abroad. It would be easier to convince them. I had been looking in the wrong place the whole time. And although I will have more competition from both Western men and other Asian men chasing them, I have matured somewhat during my stay in Korea. After having several Korean gfs here, I learned a lot about Korean girls, their thinking, their culture, a lot about how relationships work in Korea. I also found there was a massive difference between Korean girls and Chinese girls, both in looks and in personality. Since I grew up in a Western country, I have to be more open minded to look for girls that are the best for me, everywhere in the world. Not just my own race, not just in my own country. And having traveled to China, Europe, Taiwan, Japan, etc I still maintain a firm belief that Korean girls are 100% undoubtedly the best girls for me and in my opinion the most perfect women on earth. They are special and unique (I already explained this in previous posts), and I will keep trying to achieve that goal of finding a good Korean girlfriend and marrying her.

Last year, I had the worst luck with Korean women, but this year was better. The past 3 months I’ve met at least 5 girls that were willing to date me – as long as I were to stay in Korea. Where were they last year?? I cannot stay longer this year, even if I have a really beautiful sweet girl by my side here… the longer I stay, the more I ruin my health, and plus I have a lot of things to take care of back home in the US. I also have to prepare for my plan to move somewhere else next year. Its just unfortunate that I met all these good girls way too late. Bad timing, as always. Anyways, I hope that experience can help me find a Korean gf eventually back home.

So.. where is home now? The next step of my life is coming up. I will not stay in San Francisco, and the next place that I will move to will be Vancouver, Canada. Why Vancouver? It seems random, but there’s several reasons why Vancouver is the place I want to settle down:

    1) Vancouver is about half the price of San Francisco, despite Vancouver being the most expensive place in Canada. This speaks a lot about how expensive SF is. I will have to pay more tax in Canada though, but that will be ok. It is also cheaper than living in Seattle or San Diego, two other places I considered, after factoring in the exchange rate.
    2) Vancouver has West Coast climate and its the warmest city in Canada. I don’t like snow or cold weather so I ruled out New York and Toronto.
    3) Vancouver has the second highest concentration of Koreans in Canada, after Toronto. Since Toronto is a much bigger city, I should be able to find Koreans more easily in Vancouver. I’ve spent a lot of time explaining why I prefer Korean girls over other girls (Asian or Western) so it makes sense that I would choose a place with a high concentration of Koreans.
    4) Canadian food. Boy did I miss my Canadian sausages, flavored chips, Pizza pockets, Swiss Chalet, Timbits and Poutine…

So now my plan is to get my SF apartment rented out again, get my mortgage down to a level where I can borrow enough money to buy a place in Vancouver. That’s four reasons for leaving Korea, and four reasons for moving to Vancouver. I wouldn’t say I “wasted” the last 2 years in Korea, but definitely it was disappointing. The one thing I can say is I matured a lot and learned a lot about Korean culture, and handling Korean women (I’ve had 2 official relationships while I was in Korea). And its something I can use for my advantage in the future. Am I disappointed that I couldn’t find the girl of my dreams and bring her back? of course, but that’s how life is. Nothing comes easy. Everything is step by step. You have to wait for the right person, the right opportunity, especially for a guy like me who is very serious about relationships and don’t want to waste my time with short term flings. Patience is a virtue. I will come back to Korea in the future, but only for traveling, as it still is my favorite country in Asia and one of my favorite countries in the world, and I still have lots of friends there.

  • NBA Finals, E3, Revelations

    Time for an update again.

Kobe's not better than Lebron anywhere, even the clutch
Kobe’s not better than Lebron anywhere, even the clutch

First off, the NBA Finals where the Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 4 games to 2. Lebron James was definitely the MVP of this series, he averaged 37/13/9 this series and still lost because he had no supporting cast, yet people are just gonna look at it as ‘oh Lebron lost again he’s now 2-4 in the Finals so he sucks more than Jordan/Kobe’ (btw why don’t people talk more about John Havlicek who was 8-0 in the finals??). Which is too bad, I feel sorry for Lebron, he just didn’t have good teams, in 2007 had a crap squad, 2014 injured D-wade, now 2015 no K-love or Irving.
Many people know that I’m not a Kobe lover, so I just get a bit peeved whenever people say Kobe is better, because the only thing he has over Lebron is rings, everything else awards/stats Lebron trounces Kobe. And those 5 rings Kobe played with a good team, a prime Shaq for the first 3, and Gasol/Bynum/Odom/Fisher/Artest for the other 2, those are all good teams. If Lebron played with those teams he would get more rings than Kobe for sure.
And Lebron is more clutch, despite what people may say. Check these articles out.

Fallout 4 Pipboy edition? You bet I got it
Fallout 4 Pipboy edition? You bet I got it

Second off, the E3 conference this year was amazing. Doom 4, which looks similar to the old school Quake, is coming soon. Fallout 4, which I’m super-excited for because Fallout 3/New Vegas were some of my favorite games of all time. Just Cause 3 and Deus Ex Mankind Divided for the same reasons. Last Guardian, Shenmue 3 and FFVII Remake were all nice surprises, as all three fans have been clamoring for years. Star Wars Battlefront, another remake of a beloved series, and hey why not new Star Fox and Zelda games as well, as well as Super Mario creator. New Halo games, Gears of War, Minecraft Hololens edition, Assassins Creed, Kingdom Hearts 3, etc so many great games came out from this years E3. So excited.

Alright, and finally a personal topic. A couple months ago I was very depressed about not being able to get a girlfriend. Now, even though I still don’t have a girlfriend, I’m not as depressed anymore. Why? Because I’m not as frustrated anymore. Now, I’ve been in Korea for over half a year now, and many people thought that my obsession with finding a Korean girlfriend was a temporary obsession, but as in the case of most of my goals, I like to think there’s a reason for everything, and even bad luck that occurs often enough isn’t really bad luck. So I really tried to analyze and break things down into pieces to help achieve my goals.

Firstly, even after 6 months in Korea, I still have the same high respect for Korean girls as before and still think they’re the most perfect women for me. That hasn’t changed. They are incredibly beautiful both on the outside and inside. I even have a higher appreciation for them than before after observing them for so long. Not only do they have a great sense of fashion and care alot about their appearance, but they have a great personality too. They are really kind and sweet to their boyfriends, and to strangers. Every time I met a Korean girl for coffee or even dinner she paid for me even after I offered to pay for her. They’ve offered to guide me, show me around, help me out with something, they are just really polite and nice people. I haven’t met a ‘bad girl’ yet.
Furthermore, they do lots of things for their boyfriend like buy them chocolates, help them put on their clothes, help clean them, and do really cute things like cover their mouth when they laugh, take couple pictures and hold on to them lovingly on the street, putting their head on their bf’s shoulders when they are tired, etc.
They don’t seem to care about their bf’s appearance or money judging from the large numbers of beautiful women with not so handsome guys who live at home with their parents.
They are very loyal, some of them wait 2 years(!) for their boyfriend to finish the military service.
And in addition, (traditionally) they do the cooking, housework, taking care of baby after they marry. So whatever. They’re perfect. Can’t get much better than a beautiful, sweet kind girl who makes me dinner after I come home.

I’ve had very little relationship experience. Mainly because during high school, I didn’t find (and still don’t find) western girl’s personalities very compatible with me. During university, no time to date, always studying, and was in a major that didn’t have many girls (computer science). During my time working in San Francisco, I’ve been pretty stubbornly loyal to Korean women, and basically dismissed all other girls, and that’s why I’ve been single for 3 years, and have so little experience.

I’ve tried to understand why for all my appreciation given to them, I’ve gotten so little back from them. During my time in SF, I’ve had no less than 4 cases where a Korean girl basically shafted me (usually for a Korean guy).

-Helped a girl with her work letters alot (I mean pages and pages worth) and helped secure her an internship in SF. She later dated a Korean guy in SF and cut off contact with me.
-Went to San Diego with a girl, and helped her find an internship in Bay Area. She later dated a Korean guy and cut off contact with me.
-Talked with a girl online everyday and even went to Vancouver just to see her. She got angry at me for a misunderstanding while I was there, I couldn’t meet her, and she cut off contact with me.
-Helped a Korean girl stay longer in SF by letting her stay at my place for a week and letting her use my bed while I slept on the sofa. She went back to Korea later, started dating a Korean guy and cut off contact with me.
-Numerous times in Korea including helping girls with their essays / buying many drinks and dinners for them / helping them do many things but in the end they got a Korean boyfriend…

I don't want to be a player, I just want to understand
I don’t want to be a player, I just want to understand

But now I realize the reason for me is mainly because 1) I’m too “soft”, 2) I’ve had very little relationship experience, and 3) I’m not very emotional. The second one is a catch 22. The less experience you have, the harder it is to get a girlfriend. The less girlfriends you have, the harder it is to get experience.
The other two I realized after I read that book. Most women in the world prefer strong guys who are able to make decisions well, handle affairs, have social ‘power’ and are able to be tough in most situations while being emotional in certain other situations. Women connect emotionally, and unfortunately I usually display very little emotion when I’m talking to people. I am a funny person, though I’m not outwardly funny. My jokes tend to center on the very random, or the very inside / wordplay kind. Neither of which connects with Korean ladies.

In addition, being raised as a Chinese guy, we are usually raised to be too nice to girls, basically as a doormat. Chinese women are traditionally very strong, (I have no idea why they are so strong and Korean/Japanese women are not), and my parents are no exception. My mother, grandmother and aunt are all very strong and take control over my dad/grandfather/uncle. I don’t like women who are too strong, and thats one reason Chinese women are not compatible with me (among various other reasons). But yes, I was raised to be soft, and this is primarily why Chinese men can’t get Korean girls; because ultimately Korean girls like strong men, Korean guys are more aggressive and Chinese guys are just too weak.
This is also the reason why my friend seems to be able to get girls to like him on the strength of his talking and social skill alone, without any other factor like stable job, good korean ability, etc. He can connect emotionally and make decisions well. I can’t.

But this part of me is hard to change. Personality is hard to change. The way to connect is to be more social, connect emotionally, be comfortable, and yet display some intention of attraction. I’ve been either too comfortable with women without displaying any intent (this leads to alot of “friends” but no gf), or displaying attraction too fast without making any emotional connection (this leads to alot of ignored messages). And yes I have too many female Facebook friends. The reason is because I have to meet girls continuously to meet the right girl I want. And some of them ask for my Facebook, and I feel bad if I defriend them after. But other girls see this and think I’m some player or playboy or something. Anyways, its hard to meet the right person and make connections in Korea when all the meetups I go to, you only meet someone once and its hard to keep in touch with them after, even if I get their facebook or kakao id.

  • A story of my goal setting, determination and resolve

Let me start by saying that this is going to be one of the more brutally honest posts that I will ever write. And despite the title, I’m not really boasting about myself, but I do want to tell a story that I hope can inspire others. And please don’t judge me the wrong way from this post by the way, I am speaking (and following) my heart in this post, and I think there is no more nobler endeavor than that.

When people ask me about my greatest strength, I like to say that its my ability to focus on my goals and achieve them. I am very good at breaking down my goals into small, concrete achievable steps. So when I make my goals, I always make sure that they are achievable. They might be very difficult, or hard to do, but achievable. When I moved from Canada to California, and California to Korea, I did the same thing, just kept that in my head as the overarching goal, and break it down into steps needed to achieve it. Find a job that lets me work remotely, find a place, learn Korean, etc was all needed to accomplish that. I use a checklist a lot, which really helps me focus on what I need to do next.

I came to Korea, for 2 main reasons: 1) to get away from the soul-sucking consumerist sausage-fest that was Silicon Valley, and 2) Find myself a girlfriend and potential wife.

I want to elaborate on the second point a bit, because this story is about love and determination.

I wasn’t interested in Korean girls until I had a lucid dream about them in summer 2011. I won’t explain in too much detail, but this dream caused me to become interested in Korean culture. So I started learning Korean in Fall 2011, and met some of my best Korean friends in the process. Of course, along the way I developed a goal to find my Korean girl soulmate.

When I have a goal, I am absolutely determined to reach that goal. So this being a goal to find someone to love and be with, it’s probably the goal I’ve spent the most effort in, and the one I’ve gotten the least progress.
I have never had an actual Korean girlfriend. Even now, I still don’t have a Korean girlfriend.
I have had many Korean friends, and my experience with Korean female friends have led me to believe that Korean women are the perfect fit for my personality. In my mind, they are the most attractive women in the world, and very nice and polite, dependent, and caring toward their boyfriends. As such, its become fixed in my mind, that I have to be with a Korean girl, date them, and marry them. No other women will satisfy me.

My lack of progress in this goal motivates me even more. The last Korean girl who liked me was back in May 2012. I have never dated other girls since then. I have absolute loyalty and dedication towards them, and I will do anything for them. I will marry a Korean woman, or stay single forever. Yes, I am dedicated to that degree. I moved to Korea in search of love. I learned Korean for almost 3 years while most of my American friends dated Korean girls in that time, I did not. Despite going to many parties and meetups during the last 2 years, my only return for trying was a lot of ignored messages. I even went to Vancouver to meet a Korean girl only to get stood up by her.

But despite all this, I keep trying. Why? Is it because of my stubbornness? The sheer difficulty of getting them? My belief that there should be more Chinese guy-Korean girl couples? Or even an unhealthy obsession? Maybe its all of these things. The fact that I semi-worship them, the repeated rejections, the lack of progress, the challenge of not being Korean or White, the love of Korean culture, that I felt genuinely genetically attracted to them, its everything combined. We always want the things we can’t get. We always believe the hardest things to get are the most valuable. Thus no matter what, nobody can stop me. I will keep on trying, and trying, and trying until I succeed, or be single forever.

This is my story of determination and resolve. You have to work towards your goal, and you have to find a way to achieve it, if it’s at all remotely plausible. As long as something is possible (I’m not trying to be the President of USA for example), then it’s doable. You just have to keep working and working at it and never give up. It’s somewhat ironic that finding 100k+ salary jobs was easier than getting a Korean girl to like me, but whatever. It’s life. I can’t settle for second best. I just can’t. You only have one life, and if you can’t find the best mate, then what’s the point? This is love we are talking about here, this is finding a partner to spend the rest of your life with! This is who you are having your children with! I am not easily satisfied with a lower standard like some of my friends. The one and only standard for me, is to be with a Korean girl (and not a Korean-American girl mind you).

The secret of achieving goals is to 1) be specific, 2) break it down into steps, and 3) be relentless. You heard it from me here.
