    PG – Magic Johnson (1979)

    SG – Allen Iverson (1996)

    SF – Lebron James (2003)

    PF – Tim Duncan (1997)

    C – Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (1969)

    Oscar Robertson and Wilt Chamberlain are both considered territorial picks so not considered as a #1 pick
